新型コロナウイルス感染予防対策ガイドライン

本ツアーは音楽コンサートに於ける、新型コロナウイルス感染予防対策ガイドラインに基づき開催いたします。 また、国内に於ける情勢の変化に伴う開催日時の変更や公演中止の場合を除き、その他の理由での払い戻しは一切行いませんので、予めご了承いただいた上でのご購入をお願いいたします。

ご来場前に必ずご確認ください
下記に該当される方はご来場をお控えください。
■37.5℃以上の発熱のある方。
■のどの痛み、頭痛、関節痛、息苦しさ、息の吸いづらさ、咳、下痢、結膜炎症状、味覚障害などの症状をお持ちの方。
■新型コロナウイルス感染陽性者とされた方との濃厚接触がある方や、同居のご家族や身近な知人に感染が疑われる方がいらっしゃる方。
■感染防止のための措置や指示に従えない方、感染防止を意識した行動にご協力いただけない方、安全確保の妨げになると判断した方はご入場をお断りします。
■また、公演中にこのような行為が発覚した場合は途中退場いただきます。
■これらに該当する方へのチケットの払い戻しにはご対応いたしかねます。

公演開催に関して
■今後の感染拡大状況により、ご案内するガイドラインが変更になる場合がございます。
■「電子チケット（スマチケ）」をご選択で複数枚数購入をご希望の際、同行者への事前分配が必要となります。
■出演者、スタッフの日々の体調管理、公演日に於ける事前検温、マスク着用等の感染防止対策を徹底いたします。

ご来場の皆様へのお願い
■ご入場の際、「集合時間」を設定させていただく場合がございますので、ご協力をお願いいたします。
■常にマスクの着用をお願いいたします。（より飛沫防止効果の高い「不織布マスク」をご着用いただき、布製マスクやウレタン製マスクのご使用はお控えください。）
■お客様同士の接触、会場内に於ける会話や通話は出来る限りお控えください。
■公演中の歓声・合唱等、声を出して鑑賞していただくことは出来ません。
■入退場時、グッズ販売の待機時等、周りの方との一定距離の確保に努めてください。
■公演当日のご来場前にご自身で検温を行っていただき、平熱であることをご確認の上、ご来場ください。
■入場時のアルコール消毒を始め、ロビー内設置の消毒アルコールをご利用いただき、手指消毒の徹底をお願いいたします。
■終演後は「規制退場」を実施させていただく場合がございます。
■社会情勢を鑑み、席種を「指定席」に変更させていただく場合がございます。

感染拡大防止ガイドラインの今後の変動・規制緩和に於ける対応について
本ガイドラインは2022年11月現在のものとなりますが、公演日までの期間に於いて、社会情勢や感染拡大状況が変動する可能性がございます。それに伴い、ご案内するガイドラインにも変動が生じる場合がございます。変動が予想される一例として、
・新型コロナウイルス感染拡大状況、ならびに社会情勢を鑑み、「ACPC（一般社団法人コンサートプロモーターズ協会）」や各自治体との協議のもと、曲数・時間等に制限を設ける形、もしくは公演中全編に於いて「歓声・声出し」が許可される場合がございます。
・「発声を伴わない」ことを条件に、もしくは条件なしに「マスク非着用」が許可される場合がございます。
・収容人数に制限を設けているライブハウス公演について、制限をなくしフルキャパシティへ変更となる場合がございます。
・場合により、上記以外にもガイドラインに新たな項目が追加・変更される場合がございます。
上記をあらかじめご理解・ご了承いただけますようお願い申し上げます。

Guidelines for the prevention of COVID‑19

This tour will be held in accordance with the guidelines for the prevention of COVID‑19 in music concerts. Before you buy tickets, please note that no refunds will be made for any other reason, except a change of show’s date or cancellation of a show due to changes in the situation in Japan.

Please check before visiting venue
Please do not visit venue if you fall into any of the following categories.
■Those who with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher.
■Those who with symptoms such as sore throat, headache, joint pain, breathlessness, difficulty breathing, cough, diarrhoea, conjunctivitis symptoms and taste disorder.
■Those who have been in close contact with a person who has been declared positive for COVID‑19, or who have family members or close acquaintances living with them who are suspected to be infected.
■Those who are unable to follow infection prevention measures and instructions, who do not cooperate with infection prevention awareness, or who are deemed to be an obstacle to safety will be denied entry.
■If such behaviour is discovered during the performance, the audience will be asked to leave from the venue during the show.
■Ticket refunds will not be provided to those who fall into these categories.

Regarding the holding of shows
■The guidelines provided may change depending on the future spread of the infection.
■If you choose to purchase more than one ticket by “e-ticket (スマチケ)”, you have to distribute the tickets to your companions in advance.
■The performers and staff will take thorough measures to prevent infection, including daily physical checks, temperature checks prior to the show date and wearing of masks on the day of the show.

Requests for visitors
■Please note that we may set a ‘meeting time’ for you to enter the venue.
■Please wear a mask at all times.（Please wear ‘non-woven’ masks, which are more effective in preventing droplets, and refrain from using cloth or urethane masks.）
■Please refrain as far as possible from contact between guests and from talking to each other or talking on the phone in the venue.
■No cheers, no choruses or no other vocal appreciation during the show.
■Please ensure that a certain distance is maintained between you and those around you when entering and exiting the venue, waiting to sell goods, etc.
■Please take your own temperature on the day of the show and make sure that your temperature is normal before coming to the venue.
■Please use alcohol disinfectant at the entrance and in the lobby to ensure that your hands are thoroughly disinfected.
■A ‘restricted exit’ may be enforced after the show.
■In view of the social situations, the type of seat may be changed to ‘Reserved seats’.

Response in future changes and deregulation of guidelines for the prevention of the spread of infection.
These guidelines are current one as of November 2022, but social conditions and the spread of infection may change in the period up to the date of shows. The guidelines provided may change accordingly it. Examples of expected fluctuations are below.
・In view of the spread of the COVID‑19 and the social situation, in consultation with the ACPC (Association of Concert Promoters) and local authorities, there may be cases where a limit is set on the number of songs and duration, or ‘cheering and shouting’ is permitted during the entire performance.
・’No mask’ may be permitted on condition of ‘no vocalisation’ or without conditions.
・Venues with capacity limits may be changed to full capacity by removing the limit.
・In some cases, new items may be added or changed to the guidelines in addition to those listed above.
